Important Information Related to the Novel Coronavirus
I hope that you and your family are doing well. I’m writing to let you know that our physical office is currently closed, and my staff and I will be working remotely. All of our computer systems are operating normally and all employees have remote access capabilities. We will, however, remain available to support you and want to share some important information.
We’re Running Business as Usual
With the exception of face-to-face meetings, my staff and I will continue to support you as if we were still in the office and will do everything we can to support you. Certain employees have limited availability due to childcare needs. We are still receiving and processing mail on a best efforts basis. If there is anything you need—for example, to open a new account, deposit or withdraw money, or submit paperwork—please contact us, and we will be happy to help. You may also access your account information electronically by logging into Investor360°.
Concerns About Market Fluctuation
With the recent market turmoil, you may have concerns about the effect the coronavirus pandemic will have on the economy and your portfolio. Brad McMillan, chief investment officer at Commonwealth Financial Network®, continues to offer thoughtful insights on a regular basis. His knowledge about the markets is well-respected throughout the industry, and his opinion, I believe, is one you can trust. You can read his latest commentary here.
Keeping Your Information Safe
Unfortunately, cybercriminals always try to take advantage of a crisis, and people become more susceptible to attacks. It’s important to stay vigilant and be on the lookout for suspicious emails—from unfamiliar senders as well as known names—as they may contain malicious attachments or links to fraudulent websites. For more information on defending against online scams, please visit the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
Please Contact Us
If there’s anything you need, or if you would like to discuss anything about your portfolio, please contact us. Our phones are being forwarded and accessible from our cell phones. If no one answers please leave a message and it will be emailed to the daily person coordinating phones. Email remains the best way to reach us and we will respond as expediently as possible. Thank you, and please stay safe.
